Newbie Install on WSRV2003/PHP/MYSQL

Problem - Can't get the setup screen to appear?

Installing on a windows 2003 server running PHP 5.2 and MySQL 6. I have create a DB in MySQL and have upload the files located in the /upload folder to /osticket/ dir on the web server.

I go to www.mydomainname.com/support(www.mydomainname.com/support) .I have also modified the ostconfig.php to include the MySQL DB information.

Please help. :

If you uploaded to a directory called /osticket/ you will find nothing in www.mydomainname.com/support(www.mydomainname.com/support)

Try

www.mydomainname.com/osticket(www.mydomainname.com/osticket)

Thnxs 4ice. But it was a type "O" on my part in the post. okay, I have all the files uploaded to /osticket/ . When I launch the IE Browser and type in the URL path, it displays the microsoft "can not display web page" screen.

I have made sure permissions are set on all the files uploaded as read/write

Please help?

Did you run the setup initially? By you going to osticket/setup/ ?

Yes, but it displays a directory listing? What php is it supose to try and open?

also, when I uploaded via FTP it was set to binary not ascii, is that ok?

Also, I installed PHP 5.2 yesterday on the server. Was I suppose to do any configurations to it?

I did create a DB in MySQL 6 with usr/pwd.

It is fixed!

Okay, I had to un install PHP from c:\program files\php to c:\php. Then I configured PHP.ini and moved several .dlls to the windows/system32_dir
