POP3 setting have problems

My POP3 email work fine: I'm always receive email via thunderbird setting on POP3

But the same settings on OSticket don't work:

IMAP doesn't exist. PHP must be compiled with IMAP enabled.

I've already read many post about this problem, but none resolutions.

Why I'm setting on POP3 OSticket say me IMAP?

Hi,

most of the threads regarding this issue give a perfect solution:

osTicket requires IMAP to be installed on the server (also for POP3 boxes). But it's not an issue with osTicket. You can use phpinfo() to confirm that imap extensions is supported in your PHP installation. If not, contact your hosting provider they can enable it for you.

My hosting provider have able imap module in php.ini and all works fine, very fine!
