I am using DirectAdmin to host my website and same to host my emails.
I just learned that the cx and admin get an email when a new ticket is created. Cx even gets a reply email when it is replied.
BUT, if cx replies to that email, it doesnt get appended to the ticket.
I am hosting the site and osticket on same server.
I tried to troubleshoot and learned that the POP3 for the default email was disabled. When I try to enable it, it then swos "Page not found".
When I tried to add an email account, I get same error.
FTP Permissions are 777 for all files.
What to do? Please suggest.
