Also, I go tanother reply which asked me to change the data type to "text" from "phone" and it worked!! Thanks for your answer, now I can custmize it too.!
Un fortunately, I am still unable to use this great system because I cannot add emails to it or enable POP3. When I do that or try to add an email, the page cannot be dispaleyed error comes up. Hence, when a customer replies to the ticket opening email or ticket response email, it doesnt get appended to the ticket. I am using direct admin and the same server hosts my emial.
Also, i visited wiki but found no solution. For piping, the path specified there is /pat/to/pipin.php where as actaually file is in /api.
I'll apreciate if you may spare some time to help.
I'll be happy to contribute to this forum, I am not versed with PHP but let me knwo if I cud do anything to help.
