Freelance Programmer Wanted to Customize

Hello there,

I want a freelance programmer to help us customize OsTicket.

What needs done is a mechanism by which all of the websites that we run can be monitored by a single installation of OsTicket.

This means multiple support emails, and the from address in the reply should reflect the to address of the original ticket.

Also the signature will differ based on the from email.

I want an osTicket expert to help achieve this, I would be happy to pay for the solution via Paypal or other.

Hi, I wouldn't consider my self an expert on osTicket, but I have learned a good bit about it in the process of fixing it to run on my server.

I have also done similar projects to what you're describing with other php software in the past.

Departments?

Just a quick idea, but why not assign a separate department to each website?

Host the SQL database on one server, point all websites to that database.

Departments are customizable to the extent that you can change reply email addresses, signatures and so on.

Benefit? It can all be set up from the admin control panel.
