Incorrect Time Stamp reporting.
This will be obvious to experienced user of osTicket, but it took me a while to realize what was happening.
You can set the main time zone correctly, but the user that you are logged in as can cause serious confusion if the time zone is not set correctly. We setup a bunch of users all at once and I inadvertently didn't remember to set the time zone correctly on some of the users.
The result is that the user with the wrong setting sees all tickets with that time zone info off by X# of hours.
Hope that helps someone else!

I have quintuple checked all user's time zone settings (we currently only have 3 users) as well as the "global" time zone under Admin Pannel>Settings. Each is set for the correct time zone. (-7 MTN (US&Can))
I checked my mySQL DB time zone settings and they are correct as well.
Yet the time stamps on my tickets are reporting incorrectly by -7 hours. I.E. Time really is 1200pm MTN but time stamp is reporting 500am.
I set the time zone (my preferences) under my user account for GMT 0.0 London and it shows the correct time for Arizona. We do not observe Daylight Savings time so that option is not checked.
What am I missing here? I believe I'm following azez's instructions correctly.
