any updates on resolution for this
I am having the same problem. Have 1.6.0 installed. Admins are able to see ticket, support staff as well. but the end user cannot see his/her tickets (any of them) either via email link or via tickets.php
Seems like Corey was referenced in multiple similar posts and was getting somewhere with resolution, until this thread abruptly ended. Can anyone provide insights on how this was resolved.
