Just wanted to thank the authors of this ticket system... Its very usefull and working pretty fine... i have just one question.. are there any guides for OSTicket that i could use to send some support guys that will prolly work with this soon ? Otherwise i am gonna write a german guide over the weekend and in case you would like to offer this guide as download... let me know and ill send the guide when its done :)
