HTML messages show (empty) in body

I got a question messages with HTML formatting show up (empty) in the ticket message.
When I send plain text all works fine.
It's driving me MAD! I also did a clean install and still the same result.
It started on oct 1st, before that no problems.

Post the raw html content. Could be the sanitizer causing that.

I was able solved and reproduce the problem.

When I set primary language to "Dutch", then the e-mail import shows ( empty), when I set it back to "English" the e-mail import work as expected.

When I set the Secondary Languages to Dutch, the nthe e-mails show up as (empty)

Very interesting. I’ll have to see if I can replicate this but it will not be in the foreseeable future. v2.0 is taking priority over everything.
