Custom List data is not writing in the MySQL DB

I need some assistance regarding a database issue in osTicket version 1.18.

On the Contact Information form, I added an Organization field using a custom list to select the User Organization in the New User Creation form. The field is set to "Visibility: Required" with the variable name 'org_name'.

However, this data is currently not being written to the MySQL database tables 'ost_user' and 'ost_user__cdata'.

Could you please help look into this issue and advise on a solution?

Custom fields don't get saved in main tables; they are custom. Look at user cdata table and form entry values table.
