How do I set the date format to dd.mm.yyyy?

Hi,

I am using osTicket (v1.17.3) in German. When using date fields like due date, the date is displayed in the dd.mm.yy format. How can I change this to dd.mm.yyyy - so, a four-digit date? Because when I manually enter a date in a date field that displays a date picker, osTicket only accepts the first two digits of the year. For example, 12.09.2026 becomes 12.09.20—which is definitely wrong.

That works—at least for the date. However, the time is now displayed in AM/PM format, not in 24-hour format. Do you have any tips on how I can set the time to 24 hours?
[Edit:] I figured it out: Instead of hh:mm, I have to enter HH:mm, and then the time will be displayed in 24-hour format.

And yes, I will upgrade as soon as possible.
