Please confirm if OSTicket supports SAML or OIDC authentiation for end users and agents. We have currently configured LDAP plugin through which users get authenticated with their domain user account, our current version is the latest one i.e. v1.18.4 (8d38b06). If we do not have on prem AD and only on Azure, how that authentication would work for everyone?
