We've been using OSTicket for more than a decade and updated from 1.17.5 to 1.18.4 this weekend.
When a user clicks on the link, "view this ticket's progress online." in the ticket confirmation email, it brings them to the portal and displays the ticket just fine.
When the user clicks on the "Sign in" link at the top under, "Looking for your other tickets?" it brings the user to the login page (with their email auto-filled) but cannot log in. It simply puts them in a loop of login boxes. Strangely, if they click the "Sign-In" from the top-right of the page, they still cannot log in. No errors in the logs. I have included a screenshot of our environment as well.
