Admin page doesn't show search bar and tickets

Have been using Osticket 1.18.2 with php 8.1.32 version with no issues at all.
From last week all of a sudden, my admin login does not show any search bar at the dashboard home screen and does not display any tickets.
This id is the Trouble ticket administration id created locally and have system administrator role with required all department extended access to it.
All normal agents login don't have any issues at the home page and able to see their respective department tickets.
Even within this admin id, only the tickets module does not show anything as below. But able to see tasks without any issues and able to do all other admin related tasks.

Can you point to any direction where to check and what to check?

Tried in multiple machines, same login same issue.

That means something is failing or taking too long to respond. Likely long running query. You can enable MySQL/MariaDB long running queries setting, tune the long running query time to like 3 seconds or so, login as the agent, and check to see if it's a long running query. You can also check the various logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
