Pictures aren't working in Knowledgebase FAQs

I have other FAQs that have pictures that have been working but whenever I try to upload a new picture it doesn't work
Example:

To recreate this issue I take a screenshot or saved PNG/JPG and either copy paste it into the FAQ or I use the button at the top to import the Image.

KevinTheJedi I switched the key name as directed in that link.
was there anything else that pull was supposed to change other then the name in that file as the problem is still happening for me.

Yes, clear all cache/cookies/sessions, restart webserver and php-fpm, and retest. Change is JavaScript so your browser definitely needs to clear any cache, etc. and it’s just a good idea to reload the webserver and fpm for good measure.
