For starters you need to remove the :993 from the Hostname field. This is what the Port Number field is for. You typically don't have to force ssl:// in the Hostname field unless your server is experiencing some issues with that.
So you should update the Hostname field to remove ssl:// and :993, Save Changes, set Authentication to Basic, click Config, input the username/password, and retry.
