Hello Team, We are using osticket version v1.14. We have tickets data since 2017 to till date. we want to archive old data and keep only latest 3 years of data. Is there any plugin or tools to do the same

Not at this time. You must search for specific criteria via advanced search or use a queue to pull up desired tickets. Then you must select all and delete in batches per-page. Doing it manually via database is not recommended for a multitude of reasons.
