Auto update of date and time fields (current time)

Hi, is there a way that when I posted a reply in my ticket this field will automatically update my current date and time? Or if there's no other workaround, is there a way that I can disable the update of time, hour, and minute (highlighted), and just enable the now button?

I've just encountered data inconsistencies since some agents are not putting accurate date and time... So it there a way that will not allow agents to manipulate the actual data for this fieldddd? Send helpp pls 😥

KevinTheJedi our Agents update this field and I don't want them to have an access to modify the exact date and time... I just want them to select the NOW button since there are instances that they put incorrect data... But when I select the NOW button it will reflect the exact date and time... I hope this helps you understand more my concern, and if not I will gladly explain it again hehe thankssss Kevin
