I tried following the tutorial that's on the osTicket youtube channel however, it is 6 years old and some of the processes outlined in that video have been discontinued by Microsoft. Does anyone know where I can find an updated video tutorial?

We do not have a more recent video for Windows. That said installing osTicket is stupid simple. All you need is to install PHP 8.4 and extensions, MySQL 8.0+, ensure IIS can execute PHP, and that IIS has URL Rewriting enabled for the site. Then follow the very simple instructions within the installation documentation:
