Collaborator in ticket

Hi,
Apologies if I am posting it in the wrong forum.
when I add a collaborator to a ticket, all conversation afterward goes as an email CC'd to the collaborator.
Is there an way where all emails go directly to the inbox instead of CC?

Do you mean instead of sending a single email with To as the ticket owner and collaborators added as CCs (like any mail client would do) you want individual emails to go out to the ticket owner and collaborators separately? If so, then that is not possible. We do not have the concept of BCC in osTicket at this time.

Sorry, let me try to explain this better.
I have created a ticket, added green as a collaborator to the ticket and then commented on the ticket.
normally the ticket would be raised for approval to change access. A department manager is added as a collaborator and comment would read "please approve".
the idea behind this is that the collaborator will see the comment in their inbox and go to osticket portal and reply on it.

The issue is that the collaborator is CC'd in the email that is sent out when a comment is posted
I would like this to go out to green directly, instead of them being in CC of the email
