Cant paste images - User profle

I'm having issues pasting images in ticket creation (and reply), for user profile. Agents can past images. I was looking for some info in forums and IA, but nothing worked.

Thats the behaviour when I past an image in a new ticket (user view)

I got this error every time I past an image

Anyone who had the same issue?

I'm having this same issue; here's our osTicket info:

The mentioned patch isn't in 1.18.4, so I applied it manually. I logged out and logged back in, but I still can't add images, either inline or via file attachment. When I do, I get the same invalid CSRF token error as shown in the first post.

We do use the plug-in to save attachments in the filesystem, and it's installed and claims to be working fine. Any ideas on what else might be going wrong?

Update: I just received a new ticket from a user, and it has an embedded image. So it seems that I (admin) can't include images, but users can.

You need to restart the webserver and php-fpm (if you’re running it). Then clear all cache/cookies/sessions from the browser and retest. The changes are in JS which is usually cached.

Thank you! Clearing all cache and cookies did the trick, no server app reboots required.
