Over the past few days, we have upgraded our osTicket to version v1.18.3.
There are two main roles: Senior Operator and Junior Operator.
Since the update, the Senior Operator role has been unable to see any lists at all, as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
All the other roles (Junior Operator and Admin) work with no issue.
The only difference we have noticed between the senior and junior roles is the default department (senior has a root department, while junior has a child department).
Can't click neither on the agent panel.
