Unable to log back in our Web-hosted platform (2FA issue)

I was setting up the configuration of our SupportSystem. Unfortunately I messed up somewhere as I can't log back into our administration panel due to 2FA problem. I received the email to provide me the code to insert but instead of the 6 digits I received a "%{link}" information. It is certainly due to a wrong overwight of the alert page...
Can you help me please? I am stuck.

Also, while I'm here, the solution is quite simple. You used the wrong variable. The correct variable is %{otp}; not %{link}.

P.S.
It's always a good idea to take screenshots or backups of items before modifying so you can easily revert in case of any issues. 😉
