centralized management of column displays based on user

Hi all !
Is possible manage inside admin panel a custom column for a specific department ?
In need that IT department see column custom N°1 and SAP department see column custom N°2.
If isn't possible, i must modifiy inside DB ? I can use dept_id ?

No, you cannot have a column in a queue that switches based on any criteria. Instead, I would suggest that you create separate queues for the separate Departments.
