Our osTicket (v1.17.7) instances have stopped sending email notifications. The system is able to read mailboxes and create a ticket. But no email notifications are sent to the staff who raise tickets confirming the ticket number or activities / email conversations on the tickets. We use M365 as our mailing services.
The systems were deployed in Aug '25 and has been working well since. However we have started facing this issue since the 14th of May '26
Please advice how we can resolve this.
