Configuration - tickets list as agent

Good afternoon,
I'm exploring OSTickets v.1.18 and I had configured it all and it was ok.
However, I must have changed some setting and now I can't see it the ticket as "agent". Nobody can see the list of tickets as a agent.

Where can I check what's wrong? Do you have any suggestions?

Sounds like an access issue. In order for an Agent to see a Ticket they must have access to the Ticket's Department or be directly assigned. There is also an Agent-level setting that limits Ticket access to only assigned Tickets.
