Cannot download plugins?

I have recently downloaded the latest release of osTicket (1.18.3 at the time of writing) for installation on my own server.
I have tried twice, but both times the selected plugins were not part of the zip archive.
Anybody else seeing this?
How can I download the plugins I need?

We will be looking into this soon however you can download them directly instead of bundling them with core.
