Yes that is correct. I "worked" with several AI engines first trying to resolve, submitted Developer View page views and requests, no errors, just AI saying it can see the handoff to a pop-up then that's it. No errors anywhere, even tried multiple browsers, tried from multiple machines, so it all seems to be something on the website code I guess, though I am far from competent.
