Will OsTicket 2.0 be able to handle Content-Type: application/ms-tnef; name="winmail.dat" emails better than current version? We have osTicket (v1.18.3) running on Almalinux 9

Moving away from laminas to our own mail system so we will have better control. May or may not be supported right away. If not it’s something we will be able to look into.
