User Code Field and Organization Connection

Good morning,
I created a code field in the customer form that is populated when entering a web ticket.
I created the same code field in the organization that is my client company.
I would like the customer to automatically link the code to the organization that has the same code in its records when entering a ticket.

I'm looking for advice on how to do this.

You can’t automatically pull data from a source like an Organization to populate form data during Ticket creation. Also, the Ticket Filters don’t have a “Set Organization” option.

Hi,
thank you.
Maybe I expressed myself poorly.
When
the customer enters the ticket and populates the Code field, it automatically connects to an organization coded with that code already present in the database.

You can't auto-add members to an Organization based on field criteria. It's email domain only. See here:
