We have configured Queue Conditions to present conditional formatting (background color of row is orange).
Works great on a desktop browser
Doesn't work at all on a mobile.... unless caching on the mobile somehow (we see other changes, but not this one).
Known problem?
Queue > Conditions > field value > background color > orange
