This is a generic question, without any errors.
When we DELETE a ticket, what happens to the attached files (e.g. images, PDFs, etc.)?
We're using the local filesystem for storage (a la plugin).

Depends. If it’s not attached to anything else it gets orphaned. Then it gets cleaned up after 24-48 hours.
If the attachment is attached to something else then it remains.
