can we isolate ticket to view by other staff with same department in osticket ? i have same case that need the fiture, not isolate by department but by staff/agent.

I have marketing A and Marketing B, I don't want each marketing can see other quotation in ticket that send to user. marketing A and marketing B is in same marketing department. This aims to protect users from takeover by other marketing
So wait.. you have two different departments working on a single ticket and you don’t want either department to see each others thread entries? Or are you saying when one department claims a ticket you don’t want the other department to see it at that point forward?
