page loads/hangs randomly for a few seconds

OSTicket page loading takes time randomly. Sometimes it works on single click but it hangs randomly for a few seconds then loads ultimately. it is random and with random windows regarldless of any page I click on, admin panel/agent panel, tickets, sub queus, dashboard, etc. I am currently using 1.18.2 - and the same behavior was with 1.18 so upgrading version did not resolve the issue. I also tried, increasing machine resources as well, like CPU, RAM but no luck.

Post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.
Have you tracked the query logs in the database to correlate slow loading with any specific queries?
Have you tracked your CPU and Memory load on the server during slow loading times?
Have you reviewed the average/peak traffic on the server during slow loading times?
Have you tracked the threads PHP-FPM and/or the webserver is using during slow loading times?
Have you seen any long running threads/processes on the server during slow loading times?
