I am a computer engineer working at a public institution and we use osTicket for our helpdesk operations.
Recently, the admin has been receiving multiple emails containing the error “DB Error #1064”. We also have screenshots of these error messages.
After investigating the issue, I noticed that these emails seem to be triggered when the users’ department names are empty. However, when I manually fill in the department names, the problem still persists. After users log in again, the department field reverts back to its previous (empty) state.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows what might be causing this behavior?
