Download the relevant language pack from our website (click the Language Packs tab). Then upload the .phar file to the include/i18n/ folder of your osTicket site. Ensure the file has appropriate permissions/ownership so the site user can read/execute it. Then login to your helpdesk as an Admin, navigate to Admin Panel > Settings > System, set Primary Language to the language pack you uploaded, and click Save Changes. Now, the entire system will be in the language you configured. Keep in mind that some languages are incomplete (not completely translated). Only the strings that have been translated and approved on Crowdin will be translated in the helpdesk. If something is not translated then that means it wasn't translated in Crowdin yet (or a suggested translation wasn't approved) or the string is agent/admin-configurable. Simply meaning an agent/admin can go change the text; like a Queue name. Some fields also have translatable flags so you can select a language and add your own translation (like a Form Field name). Keep in mind this requires you to have at least two or more languages installed.
Cheers.
