Session timed out on OsTicket 1.18.3

Hi. I have upgraded OsTicket from 1.18.2 to 1.18.3.
I have default Agent session timeout set to 0.
No problem before upgrade. Now after random time, user's session expires forcing the user to logon back again.
I see no error in Apache logs and elsewhere. I tried to truncate all sessions from ost_session table but without results.

Any solutions ?

The session issues should be limited to Guest Users as part of this revert:

Originally (ie. in v1.18.1 or below) we had issues with Guest User sessions. We created a patch that fixed Guest User sessions and merged it into v1.18.2. Then, in v1.18.2 we had issues with User/Agent sessions. So we reverted the change in v1.18.3 and we are back to only issues with Guest Users.

KevinTheJedi Thanks. I tried do apply that. Now it disconnects every 30-40 minutes. I tried with Firefox and Chrome. I really do not understand because if I switch to 1.18.2 it works back again.

Which is odd because it should be opposite. In v1.18.2 everyone complained about user/agent sessions being timed out quickly then we reverted and issue is gone and it's back to just Guest Users. So I'm not sure what's going on in your case. You'd need to do some debugging in various parts of the code to see what's up.

I really don't know how to figure it out because I'm a sysadmin and I'm not even a programmer. What do you suggest me to do ?
