Ticket template with tasks

Is it possible to create a ticket template with already added tasks. Example, we want to implement a new configuration on all our clients, so we need to have each client as a task in the ticket. Creating all the tasks each time is bit time consuming.

Not at this time but this something on our roadmap for future development. We call it "Canned Tasks" and it was actually started a decade ago in 2016 (wow, time flies by quickly) by a former employee. Short story is they started the feature back in 2016, was no longer with the company afterwards, the feature was abandoned, the former employee came back for a little bit in 2021, revamped/rebased the feature, was no longer with the company shortly after, and it was abandoned for good. Around that last time is when we shifted focus to other things. We then said look, since we are fully rewriting osTicket we will include it in the new codebase (after it's been established and stable of course).

TLDR;
This was going to be a feature at some point but due to complications it was never released. This is still planned as an added feature in v2.0 once it's been established and stable. So stay tuned!

Thanks for the update. In the meantime, i created a form that can be attached to help topic which all the tasks in them as checkboxes. It's fine for now because when you click on the checkbox, it asks for a note so the tech can update the ticket for each entry.
