Open Tickets - Empty List

I am a Admin user - I see 2 open tickets and 2 overdue but the ticket list is empty.

Screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Also, if you sign out and back in is it correct? If so that’s just the counts being cached. We run counts for all queues, store them in cache, and then recalculate them every 2-5 minutes or so.

We now have 2 new tickets in the list the open ticket counts shows 4 - after logging out and back in.
