Thanks Kevin. I did look at those and I also looked at the actual tables in metabase but I still am not clear on the full progression from a ticket to an event for an assigned designation. It looks like I should be able to go from Ticket - >Thread (???) -> Thread Event (Thread ID) -> Event (Event ID).
However, I am not really seeing the link from the Ticket database to the Thread database. The fields I see are "ID, Object ID, Object Type, Extra, Lastresponse, Lastmessage, Created".
The Object ID field appears to be an incremented unique number so I don't think that is it. Object Type is set to "T" for most of the rows so that is not a unique identifier. Any insight on how the Ticket database is linked to the Thread database would be appreciated. Thanks.
