EMAIL SENT AS TABLE FORMAT

Dear Supporter,
I am currently using osTicket v1.18.

When I send emails from osTicket, the content is formatted as a table (past from word/excel). However, when the recipient receives the email, the table format is not displayed correctly; the content appears as plain text instead of a table.

Could you please advise

You’ll need to provide exact steps to replicate and screenshots of what you see and what the client sees. Also a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.
