Hi!

This is version v1.15.4 (6bd7884)

I've found a lot of "Invalid CSRF Token CSRFToken" errors in the log and was ignoring them until it happened to me too. I could not login to the scp and only the password reset helped, while clearing cookies did nothing. Some errors have no token (empty token) and some have a proper string.

What can I do to avoid these errors and how to debug them?

You are using a very old and unsupported version of osTicket unfortunately. I would highly suggest upgrading to the latest version.
