In the open ticket queues, the total of open, answered and overdue tickets are shown.
I recently updated to 1.18.3, and just now noticed that this counts are computed based on all the open, answered and overdue tickets, not based on the ones visible by the logged agent.
Is this a new feature / fix of the new release, or the app worked like this also before and I never noticed? It may be, beacause just recently we are starting to add many new departments and agents.
Can I chage the queues definition so that the counts are correct for the logged agent?
