I bet you are using NGINX. If so that’s not supported out of the box; please read the system requirements before installing. You can use NGINX but it requires you to modify your site config manually to add the needed rules (which you can find online). If you want things to “just work” out of the box then use a supported webserver like Apache, LiteSpeed, or IIS.
