osTicket update from 1.18 to 1.18.3

Hi everyone. First time updating OSTicket, so forgive me if I'm asking something that may be obvious.
I'm updating my existing OSTicket installation from 1.18 to 1.18.3.
I've dowloaded the update zip and copied the files in the "upload" directory in the zip to my OSTicket installation directory.
And... that's it, I suppose. In the dashboard I cannot see any link to the upgrade page, as shown in your video tutorial. If I visit /setup/upgrade.php, OSTicket tells me that the system is already updated to v1.18.3, as in the Information tab.
No need to update the DB?

The upgrader only appears when upgrading from one major version to another (ie. 1.17.x -> 1.18.x). So in your case you are correct in that all you do is update the codebase. You should also update any installed plugins and restart the web server and php-fpm to clear any cache/etc.
