osTicket V1.18.3 Users are unable to attach images

osTicket V1.18.3 Users are unable to attach images to the system when reporting problems.
I don't know what's causing it or how to fix it.

You post if vague leaving me with many questions. Post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Are you able to replicate it? If so what's the exact steps? What type of file? What are your attachment configurations/limitations?

I see you have customizations. Retest using vanilla osTicket and repost screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information after restoring to vanilla version.
If you still have the issue after restoring to vanilla osTicket then inspect the request in in the Network tab within the browser's developer tools. That usually gives you a more detailed error.

Hi, same Problem here.
Since the Update from 1.18.1 our users can't add images to the tickets which they made with snipping-tools and insert it directly into the text-field.

The Networkanalyser says:
400 Bad Request
URL:https://.../open.php

Could anyone already solve this Problem?

You are not using osTicket. You are using a HEAVILY modified version made by a 3rd party. Go ask them for support.
