Hi, I am facing issue. I deployed on local xammp every thing works well. i configured microsoft email its also working. only issue i facing that when some one open ticket auto responder not works. Tickets were opened when we solved sender also get reply issue solved but only issue auto ticket open email not working. I checked every thing, setting its ok...
