different time sync fix form and dynamic form

How to create consistent time in osticket 1.18.2 on ticket view that displays fixed form (due date, create date) and dynamic form (ex: installation date). Because there is a time difference in dynamic form when the time is set in time picker, there is a difference of -7 hours. How to make dynamic form have the same time that has been set in time picker. All time setting is set to Asia/Jakarta but dynamic form (installation date) is -7 even though time picker is set to 00:00

Make sure your server timezone, webserver timezone, PHP timezone, helpdesk timezone, and agent profile timezone are all set adequately. You should also use UTC for database timezone so everything can easily be converted to other times.

solve with add hard code to file include/staff/ticket-view.inc.php
$raw_time = $a->display();
$datetime = new DateTime($raw_time, new DateTimeZone('UTC'));
$datetime->setTimezone(new DateTimeZone('GMT+0'));
