We're receiving inbound email notifications from 3rd party vendors that arrive in HTML format (no way to force plain text). These emails are piped into osTicket as new Tickets.
The email body is HTML (RTF?) and looks accurate in a normal email client, but looks mangled in the body of the Ticket.
We've read about the functionality to disable HTML in threads, but we prefer to retain our HTML/RTF outbound email presentation (bold, highlighted text, other visual cues).
Is there a suggestion to strip the inbound email (or to ignore the HTML/RTF version) using a CPANEL approach, osTicket Plugin, or some other configuration or utility that we can try?
