We're on V1.18.2.
Our data entry clerk errantly modified the original DUE DATE on a few tickets by mistake.
We need to set the DUE DATE back to the value that it was before the mistake.
We know this isn't possible in the UI. Are we able to do this safely through the DB? IOW, are there any dependencies that we should be aware of before we attempt this change?

I'm tagging this as a "migration" because its the type of problem normally experienced during a migration, even though we did it on the UI.
